3150: Synchro Task
The 3150 is a heavy-duty task chair warranted for multishift use of users up to 550 lb. This ergonomic 24/7 chair is loaded with adjustable features to accommodate the widest range of users possible. It has an adjustable lumbar support, seat depth adjustment, 2:1 recline ratio tilt, and an adjustable back to name just a few of its ergonomic features.

Seven-Leg Base
Seven legs mean a 20% improved ease of movement and more stability over five-leg chairs. This added support increases durability, helps prevent tipping, and allows for higher weight ratings.
It's steel construction includes a metal strength ring and is tested to a 10,000 lb. dynamic load. Our base is unmatched in strength and stability.

Safety Casters
As a safety features, the chair won't move unless it is sat in. Once you sit in it, the brake is released and allows the chair to roll freely. This is important for those who may need to put weight on the arms to lower themselves into the seat, preventing unintended chair movement and reducing the risk of injury.
Safety casters have a two-point stem, shock absorber and special bore construction that prolongs the life of the caster as well as the chair. The closed construction reduces the amount of dirt and hair getting into the caster also prolonging its life.
2:1 Recline Ratio

The 2:1 synchro tilt keeps your knees and legs in an ergonomically correct position while allowing you to comfortably recline. For every two degrees of back recline, the seat reclines one degree, maintaining ergonomic comfort.
Seat Height Adjustment

Raise or lower your chair by gently twisting the height adjustment paddle. The chair's range will ergonomically support most body types, starting with the 4th-percentile female size (approximately 5'0") up to the 96th-percentile male size (approximately 6'5").
Seat Depth Adjustment

Sit in ergonomic comfort and easily accommodate longer or shorter legs with the seat slider. The slider has a range of 1.75".
EAS'2 Ergo Air Suspension System (3150 Series)
The EAS2 is a weight dissipating suspension system that keeps the blood and oxygen flowing through your body, especially through the lower extremities, improving blood flow and increasing oxygen levels to tissues. This provides a number of wellness benefits and helps guard against health concerns associated with prolonged sitting.
Because your comfort lasts all day; you won't have to constantly squirm or repositions yourself. It also retains its shape and doesn't break down over time. This means that the chair is going to be as ergonomic, comfortable, and beneficial after a few years as it was on day one.
C-Loop Armrests

These attractive armrests easily raise and lower by squeezing a button under the arm pad. They also adjust outward from the seat to provide extra room or accommodate a duty belt. Just turn the handwheel under the seat and adjust the width by up to 2.5".
Replaceable Covers

The covers are easily replaceable in the field. This means that if you can easily make your chair new again and extend its life by swapping out cover - all with minimal downtime.
Adjustable Lumbar
