Seven-Leg Base
Seven legs mean a 20% improved ease of movement and more stability over five-leg chairs. This added support increases durability, helps prevent tipping, and allows for higher weight ratings.
It's steel construction includes a metal strength ring and is tested to a 10,000 lb. dynamic load. Our base is unmatched in strength and stability.
Safety Casters
As a safety features, the chair won't move unless it is sat in. Once you sit in it, the brake is released and allows the chair to roll freely. This is important for those who may need to put weight on the arms to lower themselves into the seat, preventing unintended chair movement and reducing the risk of injury.
Safety casters have a two-point stem, shock absorber and special bore construction that prolongs the life of the caster as well as the chair. The closed construction reduces the amount of dirt and hair getting into the caster also prolonging its life.
2:1 Recline Ratio

Two-Step Stool Footring
This dual-height stool base provides two different levels. Either level can be used as a footrest when seated, and the lower level is great for stepping up into the chair. The steps are so sturdy that it will support a user's standing weight to assist getting into the stools.
